In this video, we travel back in time seven years, to a dramatic trial in which the murdering defendant accuses the lead prosecutor of being the Yatagrasu. The teenage Miles Edgeworth is chosen to become the new prosecutor on the case. He speaks with his mentor, Manfred von Karma, about the case in some detail. In short, Mr. Mack Rell was caught on tape, committing a murder in the Cohdopian Embassy. He claims that the Yatagarasu told him to commit the crime, and the Yatagarasu is none other than Byrne Faraday. This case is similiar to the KG-8 Incident that took place a few years ago, when someone was killed at the Cohdopian Embassy. The victim was scheduled to testify in court the next day, and the suspect for the trial was let go due to lack of evidence. A young Kay Faraday makes an appearance towards the end of the video.
